The Tifosi Forza FC Fototec Sunglasses have lenses with Variable Tint Technology (VTT). These polycarbonate lenses are blended with microscopic photochromes that alter the tint of the lenses when exposed to UV rays. The result of this process is a lens that adapts to the needs of the wearer regardless of the outdoor lighting conditions.
Fits small to large faces. Includes hard case and microfiber soft bag.
Frames are made with Grilamid TR-90, a lightweight polyamide nylon characterized by an extremely high alternative bending strength, remarkable toughness, exceptional resistance to chemicals, and a remarkably high resistance to UV damage and breakdown. Translation - almost indestructible! Ear and nose pieces are made from a hydrophilic rubber designed to increase their grip when exposed to water or perspiration and increase comfort.
Polycarbonate decentered lens are used for its high impact resistance due to elasticity, and optical clarity characteristics. The lenses flex instead of shattering upon impact. Optics are further enhanced by the "decentering" process which eliminates any false optical alteration (magnification, distortion, etc.). Glare Guard™ reflective coating on lenses provides glare reduction and decreased eye fatigue. 100 percent UVA/UVB protection protect eyes from the sun.

High Speed Red™ lens was developed from input provided by Tifosi's extensive auto racing and road cycling sponsorships. High Speed Red has a VTT range of 35% to 12% light transmission.
