The Black Diamond Flash is a great ultralight pack for adventure racing, trail running, hiking or biking. The Flash is the best hydration pack at this weight that we have tested as of 2008.
On each side are 2 hip pockets that are accessible on the go for easy access to cameras, snacks, GPS, and they don't get in the way while running. On the back of the pack is X-cord compression system for cinching your pack down or stashing a jacket. Perforated multi-density foam shoulder straps and back panel offer excellent breathability and comfort.
Yoke style shaped shoulder straps have hydration tube retaining straps and clip. Adjustable sternum strap moves up or down 5 inches. Half inch wide waist belt keeps the Flash secure.
Inside the pack is the main compartment and a hydration sleeve (large enough for a 100 ounce bladder). Hose ports are over each should strap.
